We utilized advanced new software (CAESAR II, AFT, SmartPlant, Etc) that can deliver high quality work, improve productivity, and save on the overall cost to customers. We provide consultation as required to support work on piping and structural modification of new and existing facilities.

Stress Analysis of Process Lines for Leading EPC Company

Name of facility: Stress Analysis of Process Lines for Leading EPC company
Location: Mumbai – INDIA

Executed Piping Stress Analysis by using leading analysis software for process lines, preparation of load cases, stress analysis, and code compliance as per ASME B 31.3 for Stress category lines as per Critical line list. Completed a Stress Isometric Markup on hard copy, piping isometrics with all PMS details, and a stress analysis report in PDF.

Creating a stress model that suggests new support locations and correcting the original support types. In finding these new adjustments we were able to help avoid vibration of the lines, avoid any accidents, and ultimately eliminate the unplanned shutdown in plant.

Preparation of Spool Drawing for Fabrication Company

Location: Chon buri – Thailand

Completed the preparation of spool drawings with customized style as per customer requirement, imported PCF files, checked out files, adding welds as per welding philosophy and generation of Spool Drawings using customized style as per customers’ requirements.

Customer now saves daily Man Hours by eliminating the extra time which requires to generate piping spool drawings manually, which help them for saving money.

Completed 3D model using latest 3D design software, stress analysis, and code compliance software using ASME B 31.3 for Stress category lines as per critical line list piping isometrics with all PMS details, Cable tray layout, Instrumentation Engineering.

Our customer can get the latest updated drawings from the 3D model for piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation. Quick access to these 3D models saves crucial time during maintenance and plant shutdown time.

Fatigue Analysis of Tanks for Nuclear Power plant

Location: INDIA

Fatigue Analysis of Tanks for Nuclear Power plant. Preparation of 3D model. Elastic and transient thermal analysis of TANKS.

The fatigue analysis results help in reducing yield strength, increasing shell thickness and elastic reduction, and increasing the effective maximum alternating stress amplitude which ultimately increases the life of tanks.

As- Built S3D modelling from scan Data & Dummy model for Refinery Plant

Location: Saudi Arabia

Performed Piping & pipe supports modelling using dummy model and P&ID’s, Equipment foundation & Circular Platform modelling using dummy model and equipment GA drawings. Civil Underground modelling, Pipe rack, Technology Structure modelling using dummy model, To Do list & IFC clearing.
