IRPC
“Investigating the probable reasons for support damage for the crude import line at IRPC. We built the stress model and the site verification updated model with static and dynamic analysis. Stress models help to suggest new supports with this eliminating the Unplanned shutdown in their plant.”

40"Pipeline Surge & Dynamic Analysis
The City of London in Ontario, Canada, operates five wastewater treatment plants (Adelaide, Greenway, Oxford, Petersburg, and Vauxhall). The average daily water flow through all the wastewater treatment plants is approximately 270,000 cubic meters per day. The water flow to the plants comes from gravity sewers or force mains from thirty-six pumping stations. The wastewater treatment plants are located along the Thames River and use settling tanks to remove solids, use bacteria to consume organic material and convert ammonia to nitrates, use chemicals to remove phosphorous, and use ultra-violet light to disinfect.

40"Pipeline Surge & Dynamic Analysis
Neon Infotech executed similar projects at IRPC is the Dynamic stress analysis of “Cyclone Piping system Vibration (PP Plant) ” And “Compressor Piping system Vibration (PP Plant)”. Stress models help to suggest new supports this eliminating the Unplanned shutdown in the plant. The team investigate the probable reasons for support damage for the crude import line at IRPC, so Build the stress model and done site verification updated the model, and done static-dynamic analysis.
