FORGE® offers advanced features such as point tracking to identify cold-shut areas and predict metal fibering, ensuring forgings achieve optimal mechanical properties. Its innovative marking techniques can highlight segregations in the billet’s center and pinpoint flow-through defects. Additionally, the software integrates multiple damage criteria to identify critical areas in forged components.
